the mission

People are leaving their corporate positions in droves, burnt out as all hell and hungry to expand into the thrilling new landscape that is the "creator economy" in which X spaces, podcasts, and YouTube channels abound. Having an authentic voice that people want to listen to is a precious asset: an asset you can develop.

MOVEO isn't interested in stuffy, polished, boring talks with rehearsed stock gestures and manufactured delivery. We aim to reunite people with their expansive vocal power and captivating personal energy so they can step into rooms and onto stages ready to relentlessly engage their listeners, disrupt the status quo, and communicate with memorable and inspiring authenticity.

About Hayley

I'm Hayley Jannielli (she/they), a San Diego native now living in New York City with my husband Jeremy and our beagle-mix fur-child Rocky.

Yes. I left California for cold winters. On purpose.

I also gained more enriching opportunities, unforgettable experiences, and meaningful relationships than I could have ever imagined.

Jannielli ("HA-nee-EL-ee") is Argentinian, and Jeremy's mother's maiden name. She lovingly agreed to let Jeremy and I take Jannielli when we got married. We were in Buenos Aires visiting family when Argentina won The World Cup!

I earned my Master of Fine Arts in Acting from UC Irvine and am now a performer, coach, and Designated Linklater Voice Teacher based in New York City.

Outside of MOVEO and my own creative work, I teach the NYU undergraduate students at the internationally renowned Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute and direct acting showcases for the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.

I founded MOVEO because I believe voice and speaking training needs to be more comprehensive, expansive, and personalized in order to truly serve today's influencers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders in this thrilling era of digital communication.
